We work closely with clients, designers, and duty holders to plan, manage and monitor the design process, embedding safety into every decision. Our team maintains the golden thread of information, ensuring accurate, accessible and up-to-date records that support regulatory compliance, gateway submissions, and ongoing building safety management.
Acting as a trusted point of contact, we liaise with the Building Safety Regulator and provide clear assurance that designs meet statutory requirements, support safe construction, and enable safe occupation and maintenance. Our approach is proportionate, practical and aligned with CDM Regulations, ensuring clarity of roles, robust risk management, and confidence at every stage of the project lifecycle.
